On Tuesday, December 14, the winners of the 2021 edition of “The Bridge Book Award” will be announced. The award, now in its sixth edition, was conceived and is organized by Maria Ida Gaeta, founder of the Casa delle Letterature and the International “Letterature” Festival in Rome, and it is supported also by the Italian Cultural Institute in New York. For the past six years, it has created connections between Italian and American culture with the aim of consolidating mutual understanding through literature. On this occasion, the Library of the “Stanze italiane” will host a series of videos in which the finalists present their books.
